Cancel a subscription
How cancellation works, what access you keep, and when you return to Free Forever.
Where to cancel
Open Settings → Account and use Cancel Subscription on your current paid plan.
What happens next
- Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period.
- You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
- When the paid period ends, your organisation returns to Free Forever.
- Existing invoices and customer data remain available.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period.
You can resubscribe at any time from Settings or the pricing page.
