By accessing or using Hoppa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Hoppa is a B2B SaaS invoicing platform designed for freelancers and small businesses. Hoppa is a product operated by HandyHop, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 91394066 and VAT number NL004888439B24.
Hoppa provides online invoicing and payment tracking tools. The Service includes features such as invoice creation, PDF generation, customer management, payment integration via Mollie, and automated payment reminders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Hoppa offers a Free Forever plan and paid subscription plans (Starter and Unlimited) with monthly or annual billing. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
The Free Forever plan does not require payment details and does not create a payment-provider subscription. Paid features and higher invoice allowances require an active paid subscription.
A paid subscription is activated only after the user selects a paid plan, provides valid payment details and explicitly confirms the purchase.
Merely creating an account, using Free Forever, or starting a free trial does not authorize Hoppa or HandyHop to charge the user.
Before the user confirms a paid subscription, Hoppa must clearly display the applicable price, billing period and renewal conditions.
After activation, the paid subscription will renew according to the selected billing period until it is cancelled. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid access or reversion to Free Forever.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial with an elevated invoice allowance during the trial period. No payment details are required to start the free trial.
Starting a free trial does not create a paid subscription, and the free trial will not automatically convert into a paid subscription when it ends.
A paid subscription begins only when the user selects a paid plan, provides valid payment details and explicitly confirms the subscription.
If the user does not activate a paid subscription before the trial ends, the account continues on the Free Forever plan (limited invoices per calendar month). The user will not be charged.
Users whose paid subscription fully ends also continue on Free Forever unless they activate a new paid plan.
Once a paid subscription has been activated, it will renew according to the billing period selected by the user until it is cancelled.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by HandyHop (operating Hoppa) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandyHop (operating Hoppa) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not create a refund for a billing period already purchased, subject to applicable consumer rights. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
