Send and download an invoice
How to preview, email, download and resend an invoice PDF from Hoppa.
Open and preview
- Open the invoice from your Invoices list.
- Use Preview to review the layout, totals and payment details before sending.
Send by email
- Choose Send to email the invoice to your customer.
- If needed, resend later from the same invoice actions — resending does not create a new invoice or use extra allowance.
Download the PDF
Download PDF saves a copy for your records or for sharing outside email. Downloading does not use an extra invoice from your plan.
Preview shows the invoice in Hoppa. Download gives you the PDF file. Both use the same invoice content.
